Biography

Katrina Levine is a registered dietitian and currently works as an Extension Associate, assisting Drs. Dunn and Chapman with a variety of projects related to food safety and nutrition. Originally a member of the Wolfpack, after receiving her BS in Biology in 2009, she ventured over the hill and earned her MPH degree in Nutrition from UNC Chapel Hill in 2012. Katrina has a passion for cooking and good food. She enjoys various forms of exercise, including yoga and running, and completed her first half marathon in April 2013. Katrina plans to continue her love of nutrition education by teaching cooking classes in the community and encourages others to achieve wellness through healthy dietary choices and regular physical activity.
