Biography

Lorelei Jones, EFNEP Coordinator with NC State University provides leadership for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program. The program serves limited resource families and school-aged youth by providing hands-on educational sessions with the goals to improve dietary intake, nutritional practices, food resource management practices, food safety practices and to increase daily physical activity. Lorelei is passionate about serving the needs of families and youth. She is one of the lead authors for the curricula, EFNEP’s Families Eating Smart and Moving More and Faithful Families Eating Smart and Moving More.
